The COALition Capacity Building initiative has been working hand-in-hand with local communities across Western Macedonia (Greece), Centru (Romania), and Southeastern (Bulgaria) and the results speak for themselves.

Through targeted trainings, peer exchange, and on-the-ground support, local organizations and stakeholders have strengthened their capacity to collaborate, plan, and lead change that truly reflects community needs.
