SZ REDA conducted Innovative management training

On May 12, a training on "Innovation Management" was held in Galabovo as part of the international COALITION project. The team of SZ REDA brought together local residents, young people, institutions, and active citizens, united by the idea of a more innovative and sustainable future.

Participants learned what innovation is, how innovation processes are managed at the local level, and how good ideas can be turned into real actions. During a practical session, they presented concrete ideas for local innovations – mobile applications, green solutions, and educational formats. Successful examples from Galabovo were also shared, including photovoltaic parks, digital services, and youth initiatives.
